Marco Polo Holiday home is a beautiful house located in a quiet residential area, a short distance from Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia (5 minutes walk), and enjoys beautiful views of the countryside.
The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool. The area is safe and has all services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars.
The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms.
We can provide cot and high chair free of charge.
Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and living room.
Free Wi-Fi (600MB). Private patio with barbecue, rest area and sun loungers.
The house is part of a community of 5 houses that share the swimming pool.
Excellent for families with children.
Private parking space. NO group bookings for guests under 21 years old will be accepted.
PARTIES and/or stag/hen do celebrations are not permitted.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October and €0.55 for the rest of the months). Both guest passport registration and eco-tax payment will be requested prior to arrival at the property. bonjour, pas d'accueil physique mais une flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée du coup, donc très bien le système de boite à clés. maison propre à l'exception de quelques cheveux dans les salles de bain.

we had a lovely stay in vanessa's house. the house has everything you could possibly need. it's in a quiet neighbourhood with a communal pool (for 5 houses). it's about a 10 min walk to a beautiful little beach, but i would recommend having a car for ease and to visit the island. vanessa was always ...

Väldigt privat boende utan insyn. Rymligt för stora familjen. Känns tryggt med låst grind in till området. Riktigt bra läge nära till hav, affär och restauranger. Rekommenderar verkligen!
Smutsigt på golvet när vi kom så vi fick dammsuga och skura. Ac läckte men hade bra kommunikation med värden.
