On the ground floor, 1 large bedroom with a double bed opening onto a small south-facing terrace and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed (180*200) depending on your requirements.

On the first floor, a large through living/dining room with sea view and dining facilities for up to 10 people.

2 large terraces, one facing south with sea views, a dining area and a small sitting area, another to the rear with a table for 8 people and a summer kitchen with barbecue and small garden.

Fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher, grill, microwave, etc.).


On the second floor, 1 master bedroom with a double bed (140*200), an en suite shower room with toilet and a solarium terrace with sea views. 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed if required and a shower room with toilet.

Thanks to its uniqueness, the whole house offers a warm and very welcoming atmosphere.
