Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, single grill, microwave, etc.). On the second floor, 1 master bedroom with a double bed (140*200), an adjoining shower room with toilet, and a sun terrace overlooking the sea. 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed if needed and a shower room with toilet. Due to its unique character, the entire house offers a warm and very welcoming atmosphere. - Pebble beach: 3 minutes on foot, restaurants and water sports.
