S'Illot is a very popular area among both residents and tourists. The ecotax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (May to October) and €0.55 during the rest of the year. A few days before arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports. The S'Illot tourist centre has around 1,500 inhabitants.
At the entrance to the town are the remains of a talayotic settlement (from prehistoric times), from which an interpretation centre on talayotic culture has been created. In the area are the beaches of Cala Moreia, sandy, and Cala Morlanda, rocky.
Further south is the small cove of Ca'n Rafalino and, towards the north, the extensive beach of Sa Coma. The town is crossed by a stream, over which there is a bridge for vehicles and a wooden footbridge for pedestrians that connects the two parts of S'Illot. Next to the charming fishing port is a small islet that gives its name to the town. From S'Illot we recommend visiting Sa Punta de n'Amer Castle, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value. Property managed by a professional.

Lovely apartment with fabulous sea views. Large and well equipped, comfortable beds, though 4 single and not 1 queen and 2 single as the description said. Good aircon in living area and one fan. very clean on arrival and good communications. Lots of restaurants close by, 2 beaches to choose from, both within a few minutes walk. Good facilities, cooking equipment etc. Recommend highly.
