La situation géographique, avec un accès à pieds ou à vélo au centre/port du Pouliguen et à la côte, du Pouliguen jusqu'à Batz-sur-Mer.La petite maison est fonctionnelle.L'accès direct du jardin sur un bois collectif.
La propreté des sols est insuffisante, principalement à l'étage.L'odeur d'humidité, notamment sur les oreillers.
