Casa Giovannina is a charming fisherman's cottage with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, perched on the rocky promontory of the famous Capo di Conca.
It boasts two large panoramic terraces overlooking the sea.
The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle of the Coast, yet close to major points of interest! The house is organized on a single floor, which includes: • Large panoramic terrace, equipped with a barbecue, outdoor furniture (sun loungers, outdoor dining tables). • Seafront patio, with sun loungers, garden seating, and an outdoor shower. • Living room with dining area and a double sofa bed. • Panoramic veranda (open-air) with table and chairs. • Fully equipped kitchen - no dishwasher - with a dining table. • 1 double bedroom (bed size: 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea view. • 1 single bedroom (bed size: 90x190). • 1 bathroom with a large shower. Casa Giovannina is located in a quiet and scenic area of the Amalfi Coast, right on the famous rocky outcrop of Capo Di Conca.
The house has two different access points: one from the main road, via approximately 60 steps - with free scooter parking - and another from the upper road, via approximately 10 steps.
Private parking is not available.
Public parking (paid) is about 50 meters away from the house, but it may be difficult to find a spot during high season.

La Casa Giovannina est le cadre idéal pour découvrir la côte Amalfitaine car très bien située entre Positano et AMALFI. La maison offre des prestations de qualité et une vue à couper le souffle. Notre hôte s’est montré proactif et aux petits soins pour nous.
