Casa Punta Paradiso is an exclusive and romantic retreat, located in the heart of Praiano, between the two most fascinating scenic areas of this enchanted corner of the Amalfi Coast. Just a few steps from the picturesque little square of the Church of Costantinopoli, the house enjoys a privileged position, far from the hustle and bustle but only minutes away from the wonders of the village. Immersed in tranquillity and surrounded by nature, it offers an extraordinary view that embraces the infinite blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the wild beauty of Capo di Conca. The panorama that unfolds from the house is a unique emotion, changing colours and lights at every hour of the day, making every moment special and unforgettable.


The large furnished garden is a corner of paradise, perfect for enjoying the cool summer evenings, with a brick barbecue for romantic sunset barbecues and hammocks where you can relax, cuddled by the sea breeze. Every detail of the house is designed to offer comfort and intimacy, creating the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or a holiday in total serenity.

The house is on one level and comprises

- Panoramic garden, furnished with hammocks and brick barbecue;

- Entrance patio with solarium and outdoor shower;

- Living room furnished with sofa bed and SMART TV;

- Independent kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher included), with table for 4 people;

- Bedroom with double bed (bed size 160x190);

- Bedroom with two single beds (bed size 90x190) - or double bed on request

- Complete bathroom with shower

- Outdoor laundry area with toilet

House Punta Paradiso is located on the eastern side of Praiano, in the highest part of the village, close to the famous and panoramic "Chiesa di Costantinopoli". To reach Casa Punta Paradiso, it is necessary to walk along a path of about 100 metres, alternating with a few steps. This pedestrian access provides an experience of total immersion in nature, but it is important to know that the house cannot be reached by car up to the front door. A small effort that will be amply repaid by the view and the silence you will find once you arrive. Parking is available for a fee along the road, about 150 metres from the house, for your convenience.


On foot you can reach

- Intimate restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy typical dishes just a few minutes from the house (10 minute walk)

- A grocery shop, to buy fresh local produce (10 minute walk)

- The bus stop, to explore the area without stress (2 minutes on foot)

- The beautiful beaches "Praia" and ONE FIRE BEACH CLUB, where you can relax in the sun or take a dip in the crystal clear sea (both 30 minutes on foot)

- The SITA bus stop, to explore the entire Amalfi Coast (20 minutes on foot)

NOTE: All these places can only be reached by going down steps, due to the typical conformation of Praiano, where many services are located lower than the house.
