Recently and finely renovated, Casa Il Riccio is a typical Mediterranean villa, characterized by barrel vaults and an exceptional sea view.
It boasts a large garden, shaded by a colorful and fragrant lemon pergola, fully equipped with an outdoor table and BBQ, as well as a spacious sunbathing area with a heated whirlpool pool: ideal for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view.
The location is prime: in the heart of Praiano, a short walk from restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, a supermarket, and a gym.
Casa Il Riccio is the ideal solution for a group of six people and is arranged on an upper and a lower floor, not connected and with independent access.
The upper floor consists of a large suite with an induction kitchen, a living area, and access to a bathroom with a bathtub.
The lower floor has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The structure is organized on three levels: Garden Area - the garden is accessed via a public staircase: - 70 sqm garden - sea view - furnished with a large whirlpool tub and sunbathing area, outdoor dining table, and BBQ area; NB: the pool needs about 24 hours to heat up. - Bathroom serving the pool area, with a shower; Upper floor with independent access - Access to a large suite. - Open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) with access to a small sea-view balcony; - Large bathroom with bathtub, in front of the living area; Lower floor with independent access - Covered outdoor terrace, sea view, accessible from the bedrooms; - Internal double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; - Internal bedroom with twin beds (joinable) with an external bathroom. - Kitchenette Casa Il Riccio is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: a short walk from bars, restaurants, a grocery store, the beach, and the bus stop.
To reach the house, you need to walk along a path of about 150 meters and approximately 10 steps.

We loved the location of this elegant Cycladic-style home, close to the beach and a few restaurants and food stores. It was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Francesco, the manager, was always responsive and helpful.
The house had a nice layout providing privacy and comfort for our family group of six.

Amazing location! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in Praiano, this place is perfect. Located midway between the beach and the busier side of town, everything was in walking distance. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days exploring. And the views from the balcony are unbeatable.
