On the second floor without lift of a modern building at a short distance from the centre and the lakeside of Baveno (about 5 minutes' walk) is the flat Angiolina.
In the car park in front of the building there is direct parking for electric cars.
On the main floor there is a dining table for 8 persons, from here there is access to the covered terrace furnished with a rocking chair and a large dining table with a view of the park of Villa Fedora.
The small kitchen is equipped with all appliances.

A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the attic upper floor where there is a large living room with sofa and satellite TV.
