It is nestled in a very large park with an allocated parking space.

The accommodation consists of : - A living room of about 16m² open on the terrace, sofa and folding bed - Fully equipped kitchen, with many cupboards, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Smeg fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, an island with bar and high stools.
To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel - Same system of bunk beds separated from the living room by a sliding partition.
Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels.
Your beds will be made for your arrival. - Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin furniture, towel dryer, wc - Private garden of 60m² with a wooden terrace surrounding the apartment and offering several different places to rest, outdoor table for 6 with chairs, another small table for coffee break for 2, 2 deckchairs, all bathed in sunlight, south west exposure, at the end of the park, a gate allows you to cut to direct you to the beach Pereire, stairs to go down that deserve a breathtaking view and direct access to swimming. The ++ of the Petit bois ! - Its exceptional location between Arcachon and Moulleau, 2 steps from the beach, in a quiet residential area - Its living environment with this sublime building, and its gigantic park for this very sought-after location - The cosy spirit given to the apartment in which one feels good Nearby : - Ornithological reserve of Teich (20km) - Zoo of Arcachon road of Cazaux, a good day of relaxation and change of scenery, Aqualand in Gujan - Typical market of La Teste (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday), but also many market gardeners outside, organic production, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, small glass of white or coffee at the end - Les halles d'Arcachon, its famous indoor and outdoor market - Dune du Pyla (4km) - Andernos-les-Bains (40km) - Bordeaux (66 km) Transportation : - You will be able to use a parking space that is assigned to you - Arcachon train station at 5 km - Bus line 3 at the bottom of the street - Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Pyla dune, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc., or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there. - Bordeaux airport at 65 km (52 minutes by car) It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bassin Arcachon.
You will enjoy all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses, its park, its belvedere with an unobstructed view on the Bassin.
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or in Gujan, at the market of La Teste of course or in Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), and then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like going to the sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the bird island, and the famous cabanes tchanquées. Departure of the shuttles in summer on the Moulleau pier (ask for the tide times...). The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth.
Descent of the Leyre, in the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak.
Numerous cycle tracks will take you to Arcachon and on the other side to the Pyla dune. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team who will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend entre amies dans ce logement, proche de la plage de Pereire pour la marche au bord de l’eau, tranquille. La literie du lit escamotable est très bonne avec des draps tout doux, parfait pour mon dos sensible 😏
Laetitia nous a très bien accueillies et expliqué ce qu’on devait savoir. Nous avons apprécié les petits sablés de la Dune, merci 😀

Appartement très bien équipé, terrasse avec table et chaises et transat parfaite, accès à la plage à pied . Résidence paisible , nous reviendrons volontiers.
