The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22 m² living room with TV and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed. - Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed with a desk area.
Please note that in this bedroom, the sofa bed will not be made up on your arrival, but you will be provided with everything you need to set it up as you wish during your stay. - A bathroom with a shower and toilet. The flat is ideally situated in the Rochebonne neighbourhood in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
You can walk to Intra-Muros in under 45 minutes along the beach.
You can also reach Intra-Muros in 10 minutes by car. Le Beau Site "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Logement neuf entièrement équipé. Place de parking extérieur, accès à la plage facile. Le calme pour bien profiter.
🙁 Bâtisse en cours de rénovation, des parties communes dans leur jus.
Convertible dans la chambre parentale, incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un vrai lit et très inconfortable. Salle de bain étriquée"
