The apartment Portico by RivedelSalento on the ground floor overlooks the park and the shared swimming pool, for common use. It consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed (single) and an open kitchen (electric) in Lecce stone, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with shower and hallway. It is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. For use of the apartment there is the swimming pool and a stone fireplace/barbecue located nearby, for common use. Each bedroom can be prepared with single or double beds on request. Possibility of extra bed.

On the outside, in the shared garden you can find pines, trees, plants and for common use, immersed in the greenery of the garden, there is also a shared swimming pool of about 40 square meters. Car park, uncovered and in common (1 car available per apartment)
