The cozy apartment is a fully renovated and currently decorated 45m² accommodation.
It is located in front of Victoria Beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars, and city leisure activities.
Additionally, during the summer, you can enjoy the excellent sports atmosphere of the Cádiz Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located right in front of the accommodation.
This is a very well-connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space. It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The building has an elevator and the apartment has a small 3m² terrace to watch the best sunsets with sea views. 🆔📄 Guests must present a valid identification document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Regional Government of Andalusia on Tourist Accommodation). 📲 This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with a mobile phone, so if you check in online, you won't have to come to our office at all!
