The three-room flat, for 6/8 guests, is on the ground floor and first floor and does not have air conditioning.

On the ground floor the flat consists of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, large fridge, television;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 windowed bathroom with shower.
The flat also has 2 small terraces, an enclosed private garden with a fireplace and an uncovered parking space.
