This beautiful house with private pool and spacious exteriors is located in Llubí, in the northeast of Mallorca and offers a peaceful home for up to 10 people.
The northeast of Mallorca is the perfect area for everyone looking for authentic holiday experiences. Beautiful landscapes and quiet rural lifestyle combined with the proximity to the best beaches of the island such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollenca, makes this area very attractive for families and nature lovers. The house is situated in the village where you will find all the necessary services for your holidays like supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations. A car is necessary.
Llubí is a small traditional village in the northeast of Mallorca surrounded by almond trees. The charming village is known for its windmills and old stone houses. Its tranquillity and beautiful scenery attract hikers and cyclists. Inca, a popular shopping destination, is situated only 10 km from the village. Other traditional villages worth visiting are Costitx and Sineu, both 8 km from Llubí. The capital Palma de Mallorca is 46 km away and the airport is about 35 minutes away by car.
This beautiful house has functional exteriors, including a private chlorine pool, barbecue and a spacious, fully equipped terrace with 10 sun loungers. The 9 x 5 metre pool has a depth of between 1 and 1.9 metres. In addition, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The outside area is fenced. The house is situated in a neighbourhood.
The interiors combine traditional elements with modern comforts. The main air-conditioned living-dining room is located on the ground floor and offers everything you need to spend quiet moments with friends and family, watching a movie on the smart-TV or just relaxing on the cosy sofa. There is also another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (no satellite). The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob is separated from the living room by a window.
The house has 5 bright, air-conditioned bedrooms, perfect for a good night's rest after days full of activities. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and four bedrooms with two single beds. The house has 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower and 1 en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
In the laundry room in the inner courtyard there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property has a garage for 2 cars and storage space for 10 bicycles.

Electricity consumption supplement: 0.30 Eur / kW. To be paid according to consumption on the day of departure directly to the owner in cash.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
The deposit will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
