This pleasant 3 rooms house with sea view of almost 47m² for 4 persons, is located in residence "Oceanis", at the beginning of the "Côte sauvage", 800m from the city center of Quiberon.
It is composed of small terraced house. It includes: - Entry, - Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher), - Living room with TV and sofa, - Bedroom with one bed of 140cm large, - Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large, - Bathroom with washing machine, - Toilets separated. Terrace with sea view and garden furniture.
Garage ( first to the right). Animals not allowed.
WIFI. Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 94€. Linen supply, nursery equipment. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Towel kit rental : 8 €. - Beach towel rental : 8.5 €. - Bath mat rental : 3.5 €. - Rental of 2 kitchen towels : 3.5 €. - Baby bed rental : 20 €. - High chair rental : 15 €. - Baby bathtub rental : 7 €. - Duvet kit rental* double bed (140cm) : 22 €. - Rental of small bed duvet kit : 18 €. - Final Cleaning : 94 €. Quand nous sommes arrivés là porte était ouverte avec deux bouteilles à l'entrée.
D'après les voisins cela faisait une semaine que c'était ouvert donc personne n'était venu vérifier l'état de l'appartement.
La saleté de la cuisine le micro ondes ne fonctionne pas ni la hotte aspirante.
Le téléphone ne fonctionne pas à l'intérieur il faut sortir loin pour que ça fonctionne.
Il faudrait l'indiquer dans l'annonce.
Car on nous prends 700 euros de caution certes on nous promet que cela ne sera pas enc...

Nous avons eu quelques soucis à notre arriver mais l'agence à été au top.

séjour agréable l'adore cette endroit de la presqu'ile vu génial et changement d'air top.
vous pouvez y aller pour passée une bon moment de détente.
Petite maison au sein d'une résidence avec vue superbe sur la mer côté côte sauvage Le centre-ville est suffisamment proche pour s'y rendre à pied ainsi que l'accès à la grande plage .e
