Cozy and bright apartment of 120 sqm, can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled - 7 steps to access). The property boasts a strategic position to visit all the beauties of the city, an excellent starting point to reach all the points of tourist interest.
A few minutes away are Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican Museums.
The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with 2 induction burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses) dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM I with double bed, single armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C; - BEDROOM III with single bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM I with shower, 2 washbasins, bidet, WC and split A/C; - BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin, WC with hydrocopier; - BALCONY FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heat pump heating, air conditioning (6 splits - three in the rooms, one in the living area, one in the corridor and one in the large bathroom), hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: the lift is not suitable for disabled people and there are 7 steps to access it. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
The apartment is located in an area full of services and well served by public transport ("Lepanto" and "Ottaviano" underground line A stops are just a few minutes away on foot) in Prati district.
Rione Prati is an elegant and bourgeois district in the center of Rome, full of squares, parks and good restaurants.
The main attraction of the district is probably Via Cola di Rienzo, named after a Roman senator and nobleman, an important shopping street, less crowded than the well-known Via del Corso, but equally full of Italian and international high fashion shops.
The famous Mercato Trionfale, considered one of the best food markets in Rome, is just 12 minutes away on foot.

Bra med två badrum. Skönt med en balkong. Det finns gott om restauranger i området & det är nära till mataffärer.
Det vi saknade var en sopborste så att man kunde sopat av golvet.
