The chalet is located in the park, surrounded by nature with a superb unobstructed view of the estate.
Built on one level, this holiday rental offers you a living room with kitchen (2-burner hob, microwave, fridge and freezer), a living room and the sleeping area (1 bed 140x190), a separate toilet and a shower room.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace. A laundry room with 3 washing machines is at your disposal on the 2nd floor of the castle (shared with the 6 apartments). In the estate, several areas with garden furniture and barbecues are set up in the park, you will also have a small covered area with sinks.
The estate accommodates 6 apartments set up in the castle, a cottage and the owners' house.
All facilities (playground, swimming pool, etc.) and parking are shared.
The area is bordered to the north by the train line, all the accommodation, the park and the activities (tennis, swimming pool, games) are to the south. This magnificent Estate was the holiday resort of the Countess of Ségur who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed: the castle park is very large and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to the Auray river and the viaduct.
All nature lovers will be delighted and children will be enchanted by the large garden, the tennis court and the other possibilities for outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green, etc.). But above all, the estate's greatest attraction is its large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool.

Croiser quelques lapins dans la forêt, observer le couple de buses sur les roundballers, suivre la taupe qui creuse, virevolter avec les hirondelles au dessus de la piscine, prendre le temps sous les chênes surplombant la terrasse...Voilà ce que vous pourrez trouver dans cette charmante et confortable cabane au milieu du parc.

Séjour agréable au milieu de la nature parfait pour se détendre. Lit bébé et chaise haute disponible. Machines à laver en libre service et gratuite dans un bâtiment dédié. Barbecue charbon Weber dédié au logement. Si vous souhaitez être seul en pleine nature c'est un bon plan. Propriétaire très sympathique. A recommander.
