Adorable detached cottage located in a small hamlet:
On the ground floor:
- Open-plan living room with a large fireplace in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

You will enjoy the tranquility of the 1,600 m² unfenced garden, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Nestled on the Loc'h River, Brec'h is a rural commune with natural spaces of great ecological value: hedged farmland, wetlands, the Loc'h Valley and moors.
Many Brech hamlets have preserved the rural buildings of yesteryear: houses, farms... The village of Saint-Dégan and its Ecomuseum present through the thatched cottages and traditional Breton farmhouses.
From here you can easily visit Vannes and its historic center, Auray and its port Saint Goustan, and enjoy the large beaches of Erdeven, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan.
