This charming stone rental offers on the ground floor a kitchen area open to the living room/living room with fireplace (the first outbreak is offered), as well as a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the first with a 160x200 bed, the second with a 140x190 bed. At this same level you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a closed terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair.

Adjoining rental to gite 56G54144. Shared: Adjoining land of 1,000 m² with portico. Located near megalithic sites, such as "the Giants of Kerzerho", the dolmens and menhirs surprise walkers in an enchanting setting conducive to reverie and legends. 80 km of marked trails allow you to stroll through the countryside, discovering wayside crosses and chapels to the tip of Erdeven and the ria d'Etel.
Close to the seaside resorts of Carnac (10 km) and Quiberon (20 km) or Lorient (25 km), renowned for the Cité de la voile Eric Tabarly.
Nearby, you can visit the island of Saint-Cado and Saint-Goustan, a former fishing and trading port.
Finally, fest-noz, festivals and night markets will enliven your stay in Erdeven.

Bonne location bien située au calme, gîte bien aménagé et confortable. La note de 0 concernant l’accueil du propriétaire se justifie dans la mesure où nous ne l’avons pas vu , nous avons juste échangé par téléphone . Pour notre part un peu dommage .

Séjour très agréable , beau temps et beaucoup d’endroits et sites à visiter. - manque un peu de place dans la cuisine et peu de rangement dans chambre 2Volets intérieurs peu pratique chambre 2 Parquet qui fait énormément de bruits dans l’étage . Bon séjour tout de même .

Une petite maison bretonne qui a tout d'une grande. Très bien équipée et confortable, un décor chaleureu, le tout au calme mais proche des grands sites en même temps. Olivier est très accueillant et disponible. Merci à vous. Nous recommandons à 100%.
