The gîte is a totally independent holiday rental and benefits from an unobstructed view of the fields and the woods. It is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor: an entrance with a veranda, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 landing bedroom with 1 high bed 90 x 200 and an office area and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 190 that can be converted into 2 beds 80 (trundle bed). You will also have a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, and a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a toilet.
Outside: a garden with garden furniture shaded by tall trees, a portico, and a covered shelter for the car. Other parking spaces are possible near the gîte. Possibility of accommodating 1 additional person: check with the owners. Heating not included (however, a flat rate of 16 kW/day is granted to you). The house has been furnished with taste and with a concern for comfort: everything has been thought out so that you feel good there. The materials used are natural and noble, hence the restful atmosphere of the cottage. Dominique, the owner, has used her expertise as an interior designer to create a comfortable yet aesthetic interior. The house faces a small typical Breton 15th century manor house where the owners live. The estate, a real haven of peace and biodiversity, is managed in an ecological way. Home to ponds, marshes, meadows and large woods, you will enjoy strolling through the various paths.
