The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. A parental suite (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room/wc, then a separate toilet and a garage with laundry area.
- On the 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms (3 beds 160x200 including 1 modular in 2 x80), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet.
Outside: a garden, a concrete terrace with an inflatable 4-seater spa (accessible all year round), plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs. In front of the cottage: a gravelled courtyard to park cars. Garden under development - photo pending. Gite located in a recent subdivision with a few houses being finished. Both gateway to the estuary and border between river and ocean, Arzal is home to treasures of nature and heritage. At the Arzal dam, rent a canoe-kayak, a paddle, a motor boat to navigate the Vilaine or embark on a cruise ship. At the end of the day, take a stroll on the terrace of a café and admire the boats passing by. Don't miss the magnificent city of character of La Roche Bernard, hikers can get there by hiking trails (departing from the port of Arzal) and return by boat. For the beach, that of the Mine d'Or, bordered by orange cliffs, in Pénestin is worth a detour. Closer, the beach of Moustoir 3 km walk from the cottage, is ideal at high tide.
