The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge.
A parental suite (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room/wc, then a separate toilet and a garage with laundry area. - On the 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms (3 beds 160x200 including 1 modular in 2 x80), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet. Outside: a garden, a concrete terrace with an inflatable 4-seater spa (accessible all year round), plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs.
In front of the cottage: a gravelled courtyard to park cars.

Gite located in a recent subdivision with a few houses being finished. Both gateway to the estuary and border between river and ocean, Arzal is home to treasures of nature and heritage.
At the Arzal dam, rent a canoe-kayak, a paddle, a motor boat to navigate the Vilaine or embark on a cruise ship.
At the end of the day, take a stroll on the terrace of a café and admire the boats passing by. Don't miss the magnificent city of character of La Roche Bernard, hikers can get there by hiking trails (departing from the port of Arzal) and return by boat.
For the beach, that of the Mine d'Or, bordered by orange cliffs, in Pénestin is worth a detour.
Closer, the beach of Moustoir 3 km walk from the cottage, is ideal at high tide.

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans ce gîte tout confort, spacieux et situé dans un lotissement très calme. Notre chow chow a apprécié lui aussi le grand terrain très bien clôturé. L'accueil chaleureux et la très belle région (ensoleillée cette semaine là...)ont contribués à notre agréable séjour.Bref un gîte à recommander.

Logement très bien aménagé avec une belle déco dans toutes les pièces. Grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs.Mobilier design et confortable pour apprécier l'apéro :) dans le salon ou sur la grande terrasse extérieure.Vraiment un lieu parfait pour rayonner sur la région.

Gite bien équipé et clos pour les chiens. Parfait pour s'y retrouver en famille. Le spa est appréciable. On peut l'utiliser par tout temps grâce à la terrasse couverte.Les chiens sont acceptés et on en remercie les propriétaires.
