L’équipement. Rien n’a manqué sauf une couverture qui a été rapidement apportée.
Aucun contact physique avec le propriétaire, déshumanisation totale de la relation. Le Check in doit être fait par nous ainsi que le Check out. Risque d’oubli d’un détail non vu.
Des contacts téléphoniques et des réponses rapides et aimables mais ça ne vaut pas le contact physique.
