In the regional natural park of Livradois Forez, come and discover Valcivières, the fir and beech forests, to reach the Hautes-Chaumes, giving off splendid views of the Valcivières cirque, the Livradois mountains, and further on the Dôme mountains and the Monts Dore.
Cottage located in the village, semi-detached with an unoccupied barn and a second home.
On the ground floor: a kitchen / dining room, a living / dining room and a WC.
A corridor leads to these rooms and gives access to a magnificent flowery and wooded area that is the pride of the owners.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 bed with walk-in shower, 2 adjoining bedrooms: the first with 3 90 beds, 2 of which are bunk and one on the mezzanine, the 2nd with 1 140 bed, a bathroom water with walk-in shower.
Enclosed grounds of 550 m² with garden furniture on wooden terrace + a plot of 1000 m².
Central heating not included in services.

Nous avons découvert la belle région du Livradois. nous avons apprécié le calme et l'environnement du magnifique jardin paysagé. Le gite est joliment décoré et confortable. L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux,ils nous ont donné des idées de balades et de visites. Bref de belles vacances
