Located in the Sancy massif, enjoy this comfortable independent house in the heart of the Bourboule spa resort!
It is composed on the ground floor:
-a kitchen
-a large, warm living room with a fireplace
-a bedroom with a 160 bed
-a bathroom with adjoining toilet
-a bedroom with a 160 cm bed with adjoining shower room and WC
-a separate toilet
On the 1st floor:
-a bedroom with a 140 cm bed (two 70 cm beds that can be pushed together) with an adjoining bathroom and WC
-a baby bed and baby chair available
Outside, you will benefit from a large plot of land, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Numerous leisure activities and activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), downhill skiing in Mont-Dore, cross-country skiing in Charlannes, Fenestre park and aquatic center in La Bourboule, etc.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la région de la Bourboule après avoir été accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie par madame Thalamy dans son gîte très confortable. il ne manque rien.Merci pour le plateau de fromage de bienvenue

Très belle maison ,très bien équipée et propre .Au calme bien qu'à proimité des commerces. On s'y sent bien à l'intérieur avec l'espace ,comme à l'etérieur avec le grand jardin. Pour si personnes parfaits avec salle de bain attenantes au chambres.

Super région, de belles balades la Bourboule est une jolie petite ville avec son très beau parc fenestre.Très beau gîte, bien situé, très calme,et très bien équipé.La propriétaire est une dame charmante et très accueillante. De belles vacances avec nos amis.
