Old barn completely renovated in 2019 for a modern and very comfortable gîte! Situated in the countryside in the heart of the charming village of Mareugheol, near Issoire.
It consists of upstairs: - a spacious and bright living room-kitchen on the first floor - a superb 26 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings - a bedroom with a 160 bed - a bedroom with two 90cm beds (which can be pushed together) - a large bathroom - a separate toilet On the ground floor : - a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together) - laundry - a separate toilet Outside: - large, completely enclosed plot of land with grassy area - garage with box for charging 7.4 kW electric vehicles (0.3€/kwh - extension not provided.

Avons apprécié le calme du gite et les nombreuses possibilités de circuits pédestres dans les environs. Boulangerie dans villages voisins.Propriétaire réactif rapidement en cas de questions et à l'écoute des locataires pour que le séjour se passe bien

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au gîte, la maison est très joliment décorée et la literie est confortable. Le cadre est superbe. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, gite décoré avec goût, dans un endroit très calme et reposant.
