The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accommodate until 11 travelers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 146 m².
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor : - A living room of 43 m² with a sofa bed and TV - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Room 1 : a double bed (140×190) - A separate toilet On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above) and a BZ bench seat - Room 3: a double bed (140×190) with a workspace - Room 4: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and bath and WC For even greater comfort: barbecue, fondue and raclette machine, cookeo, fan, highchair, washing machine, cot, two cots, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Exterior : - A beautiful garden of 146 m². - A terrace of 5m² and a second one of 33m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, florist, bakery pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop...

Between the search for the capsules and the resolution of the enigmas, you will discover our natural and historical heritage while having fun. - With its ponds and the Bresle river which crosses the town, Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in the Somme, attracts many fishermen. - 5 ponds with a fitness trail. - Cinema, Casino... - Pond fishing authorized with a name card (to be obtained from the local partner).
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (place for 2 cars).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Amiens train station at 70km (at about 1h15 by car) - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport at 164 km (about 2h10 by car) Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The front door is accessible after a staircase. - Free Wifi available. - One pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify this when booking.
Beyond this, a supplement of €15 per stay and per animal will be applied. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Nette zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war leider nur etwas holprig, da die Vermieter nur französisch sprechen.Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Familie L.

We spent 3 weeks there and it was terrific. Clean, nice rooms, really proper, nice kitchen with everything you could wish for. Really nice hosts. Exceptionelly nice toys and stuff for the kids.
