One bed-room apartment 2/3 beds - 35 m2 + large terrace with sea view
Apartment on the raised ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette and single bed, digital TV, a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower.
Large sea view terrace for outdoor lunches and dinners. Furniture type: - good Services inside the apartment: - induction burners; TV; refrigerator with freezer; mosquito nets; Wifi; inverter air conditioning at the entrance of the house installed in 2026 Services outside the apartment: - large equipped terrace with sea view; uncovered parking space Important Notes: - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00 - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site- - guys under 21 years not allowed Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the office in Portoferraio or via self check-in.
