Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal for relaxing with family or friends, as well as for enjoying Lanzarote due to its exceptional location, tranquillity and unique design and decoration. The house is only 200 metres walk from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and 100 metres from the Deiland shopping centre, full of shops and supermarkets.
It consists of a ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite), independent kitchen and living room. An upper floor with a huge living room with spectacular sea views, fully equipped independent kitchen, dressing rooms, two en suite bathrooms (one of them with bathtub and shower) and two bedrooms with incredible views.
Both floors have high speed WIFI and Bluetooth speakers. They can be rented independently.
The terrace area, with salt water pool, has sun loungers for up to eight people. All the glass in the house is refracting; during the day from the inside you can see outside, but from the outside it leaves complete privacy to the inside.

Die extra angeschaften Auflagen für die Betten wurden als positiv empfunden, insbesondere aufgrund der Rücken-
Probleme von meinem Mann und mir.
Eine Wohnung wurde bei Ankunft um 16.00 Uhr nicht gereinigt vorgefunden. Die Reinigung durch die Putzmannschaft
um 17.30 Uhr erfolgte nur oberflächlich und unzureichend. Auf der Couch im Zimmer einer Mitreisenden war übersät mit Katzenhaaren. Beide Fernseher empfingen keine deutschen Programme.
