Welcome to the holiday flat "Rastplatz" in Schmallenberg-Grafschaft. The house is located on the outskirts of Grafschaft. You can feel very comfortable in a lovingly designed, comfortable and fully equipped 65sqm flat for 2-3 people. From your own car parking space, you can directly reach your own ground-level entrance to the flat. Free parking and storage facilities for bicycles, skis etc. are also available. One pet is allowed in the "Rastplatz" holiday flat. The proximity to the Rothaarsteig, the forests and the cycle paths make Grafschaft the perfect starting point for hikes and cycle tours. Thanks to the bus stop in the village, numerous excursion destinations in the Sauerland, such as the town of Schmallenberg with its historic town centre, the climbing hall and Thikos Kinderland, Wisent Wildnis Jagdhaus, Winterberg with bobsleigh run and Kappe adventure mountain, Panorama Park, Fort Fun, Elspe Festival, Holthausen local history museum, the Hennesee lake with boat trip and the Sauerland adventure pool in Bad Fredeburg can be reached quickly even without a car. The village of Grafschaft itself has the Grafschaft Monastery with museum, model railway on the Rothaarsteig, miniature golf course with large children's playground, bakery, restaurants and holiday dialysis in the Grafschaft specialist hospital for its guests.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a visitor's tax is levied in the location of the booked accommodation, this must be paid on site. The prices do not include a tourist tax of €2.50 per person (aged 14 and over) per night. You will receive the Schmallenberger Sauerland Card, with which you can visit many excursion destinations and services for a small additional payment or free of charge. You can also use the hiking bus, the hiking tax, the public buses and the local bus free of charge, have free admission to our museums, the model railway and enjoy other discounted admissions in the region. Conditions/Extras
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. A deposit of up to 90% of the holiday price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Welcome to the holiday flat "Rastplatz" in Schmallenberg-Grafschaft. The house is located on the outskirts of Grafschaft. You can feel very comfortable in a lovingly designed, comfortable 65 square metre flat for 2-3 people. From your own parking space for your car, you can directly reach your own ground-level entrance to the flat. Please note: Our holiday flat is not suitable for children and teenagers. Feel at home in the cosy kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee and pad machine, egg and kettle, tea towels, cleaning products, ceramic hob with oven and kitchen paper. The living room has a cosy couch/sofa bed with a flat-screen TV, radio, board games and a few books. In addition, a dining table with four chairs invites you to play, eat and linger in the room next door. Enjoy a functional bathroom with shower, bathtub / WC. Towels, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper and a make-up mirror complete the bathroom. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), bed linen and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a cloakroom and umbrella stand in the entrance area. Free parking and storage facilities for bicycles, skis etc. are also available.
