The apartment consists of one double room and one twin room, equipped with flat-screen TVs, seating areas, and desks, bathrobes, and wool blankets.

The double room has a French double bed measuring 200x140cm. The single beds in the twin room each measure 200x90cm. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, a hairdryer, and complimentary hand and shower soap. Garden furniture is provided on the balcony and in the garden. Saarlouis main train station is within walking distance, as are shops, doctors, and pharmacies, as well as the famous Saarlouis Old Town with its restaurants and various eateries. Attached to the apartment is a small balcony, from which you can access a garden, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a cozy day... An old original wooden floor, which is still partially present and has been newly renovated, fits in well and creates a homely atmosphere.
Old "house elements" such as a wooden staircase and stair cladding have been retained, thus not significantly altering the original character of the house. Payment is made on-site in cash. A prepayment of 50% will be charged within 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.
In case of no-show, the full price will be due. Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Departure is possible until 11:00 AM. Key handover is done in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, WiFi usage, parking, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit wirklich allem, was benötigt wird; sehr herzliche Vermieterin, die alles gut erklärt und Tipps für Saarlouis gibt; für hungrige Neuankömmlinge gibt es sogar ein paar Lebensmittel, die zim Selbstkostenpreis entnommen und zubereitet werden können.
Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar.
