Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.


Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

The hospital of Cisanello is about 13 minutes' walk from the apartment, while the city centre is easily reached by the bus line "Bargagna 1" and "Paradisa 2", stop 2 minutes from the property. Pisa Central Station, junction of all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest of the city, is about 20 minutes by public transport. The apartment is also a short distance from the two best pastry shop in Pisa: Pasticceria Buselli in Via Cisanello 145.
