The view from the patio was very nice of the marina and a slice of the ocean. I love the community everyone was so kind. The pool is literally in our backyard. The location is absolutely wonderful for a single mom...there is a park for your children to play and get wet with a splash pad and right across the street there is a market with groceries and anything you may have forgot. Plenty of restaurants. Kemah board walk is right around the corner as well!!
