We also love the huge terrace so conducive to an afternoon so chill! We start off with a good big barbeuk. And the one at Les Etisseaux is truly XXL! You can digest it all by lounging on the deckchairs or in the shade of the many trees in the pretty garden! Then it's one thing after another: games in the pool, pétanque tournaments, 3-point competitions and table tennis tournaments!

And how could we not mention the interiors? Between the 80m² games room with its cathedral roof and the big fireplace for a 30-person dinner by the fire (and marshmallows at the end of a spike!), the Etisseaux villa will be the perfect setting for your evenings out with friends! That's why we've installed powerful 100W speakers, so you can crank up the 110 decibels in the nightclubs if you like! We just keep the windows closed so as not to disturb the neighbours (even if the first neighbour is over 300m away!)

🚽 Fun Fact about the villa

Les Etisseaux, it's the villa of surprises! After a major drain problem that kept our plumbers and sanitation specialists busy for several weeks, we ended up dismantling a toilet to find the source of the problem... and discovered an Iphone XR! We still don't understand how it ended up here, and no customer has claimed it from us to date!

- Outdoor activities: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Pétanque, Ping-Pong, Molkky

- Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to choose sides! Both are possible!

- A single bed per participant: no one will end up on the sofa!

- Numerous bathrooms: the shower war won't happen!

- Towels, bed linen, crockery, kitchen utensils ... But also soap, shower gel and shampoo! Everything is provided!


🕺For you the evenings! We'll do the chores for you!

- Order a drive from the nearest supermarket and we'll go and get it for you and fill the fridge with the products you've chosen!*

- The big end-of-stay clean-up? We'll take care of it! The only thing we'll ask you to do is to dispose of your rubbish at the end of your stay in the appropriate containers that we'll show you.

- The price of the villa includes 16 people. For large groups of 16 to 30 people, a supplement of €25 per person per day will be added.

🔊Aperitifs, dinner, parties... and noise pollution

As the first neighbours are 300m away, there are no restrictions on the volume of music when you are in the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! Outside, you can have lunch, a drink, dinner and enjoy the swimming pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 Db (the sound of a lawnmower) to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
