Comfortably accommodating up to 30 people and isolated from the neighbours (380m), it will be ideal for your birthdays, company parties, teambuildings or family reunions in extraordinary conditions! With its 6 bedrooms and dedicated party room, the house offers a level of facilities you won't find anywhere else!

We love the indoor pool, of course! From January to December, it's the assurance of being able to organise a pool party, whatever the weather! And what a pleasure it is to swim with all your mates, sipping cocktails, whether it's sunny (the gate opens wide!), rainy or windy!

As for the outside, we love the huge terrace overlooking the farmhouse, with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside!

And of course the specially designed party room! Don't hesitate to step behind the bar to find out what it's like to be the bartender/barmaid for the evening (I've got the powaa)! And the 100W sound system means you can get up to the 110 decibels of a nightclub if you like! Just keep the windows closed so as not to disturb the whole neighbourhood (even if the first neighbour is over 350m away!).

🚁 Fun Fact about the villa

The first group of guests asked us to arrive at the house by helicopter 😵 At first, we didn't believe it! 🤥 But when the group insisted, and thanks to the kindness of our neighbour (who approved the landing in his field), we said "OK". It was no joke and we owe them the few photos taken from the sky that they kindly agreed to give us!

🕺 For you the evenings! We'll do the chores for you!

- Order a drive from the nearest supermarket and we'll go and get it for you and fill the fridge with the products you've chosen!*

- The big end-of-stay clean-up? We'll take care of it! The only thing we'll ask you to do is to dispose of your rubbish at the end of your stay in a container that we'll show you.

🔊 Aperitifs, dinner, parties... and noise pollution

The first neighbours being 380m away, there are no restrictions on the volume of music when you are in the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! When you're outside, you can have lunch, an aperitif, dinner and enjoy the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 Db (the sound of a lawnmower) to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
