Comfortably accommodating up to 26 people and isolated from the neighbours (430m), it is the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an outstanding garden with a large terrace, a barbeuk', a beautiful swimming pool and basketball, volleyball and petanque courts! There's also a 26-person dining room, a games room with a baby, billiards table and poker table where you can dance the night away and party the night away!

Less than 30 minutes' drive from Montargis - Vimory airfield, Villa de la Ramènerie is the perfect destination for organising an EVG or birthday party that the main person involved will remember for a long time to come!

- 8m x 4m swimming pool (heated from April to October depending on the weather) - NOT ACCESSIBLE from November to March inclusive.

- Dancefloor and powerful sound system for an evening at 110 Db, just like in the nightclubs (just close the windows and doors so as not to disturb the neighbours)!

🔊 Aperitifs, dinners, parties... and noise pollution

As the first neighbours are 430m away, there are no restrictions on the volume of music when you are in the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! When you're outside, you can have lunch, an aperitif, dinner and enjoy the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 70 Db (the noise of a train travelling at 80 km/h) so as not to disturb the neighbours.
