Independent villa with beautiful enclosed garden, in a pine wooded environment. 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80, bathroom (shower, sink), toilet.

Equipment: Refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine. dishwasher, electric coffee maker, cookware, microwave, freezer, garden furniture for outdoor meals.
Location: About 1 km from the beach, 500 m from seasonal shops, 5 km from the city center.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.

Situation, calme, très bien équipée, extérieur très agréable, proximité plage.
Un point d’eau extérieur (ou un tuyau) serait un plus pour les retours de plage.

Excellent property, well situated for the beach. Outside space was wonderful and house had everything we needed..Would definitely rent the property again.

Das Haus liegt unweit vom Strand. Man kann zu Fuß dorthin gehen.
Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und im Außenbereich kann man ruhig und entspannt sitzen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
