Cosy country house in an extensive estate near Campanet. It is a rustic style house built on one level on a fenced plot surrounded by a well-kept garden area with a large lawn, native plants and typical Mediterranean aromatic herbs. The swimming pool and the garden together with the beautiful and peaceful rural environment are undoubtedly the main attraction of the property. Around the pool there are sun loungers for relaxing, a barbecue for preparing all kinds of delicacies and a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

At the entrance of the house there is a large entrance hall that welcomes us and leads us to the different rooms of the house. To the left we enter the spacious living room with a cosy sitting area in front of the fireplace and a dining table for up to 6 people. The semi-open rustic kitchen is fully equipped and has a practical central island.

To the right of the entrance hall and through a long corridor we access the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms of the house. There are three double bedrooms, the largest has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The living room and two bedrooms have air conditioning.


This property is ideal for families with children, but also for couples or groups of friends. A very well maintained house and from where you can start numerous excursions in the beautiful surroundings. It is also ideal for long term holidays in the low season.

The property is located about 3 km from Sa Pobla and Campanet, two inland villages of Mallorca where you can enjoy the quiet life, its fiestas and above all its Mediterranean gastronomy. If you are looking for a day of sun and beach, a 12 minute drive will take you to the Bay of Pollensa or the Bay of Alcudia and you will be able to enjoy its beautiful beaches.
