Enjoying far-reaching, countryside views towards Welshpool, and an enclosed rear garden with a sweeping lawn, The Marshes offers six guests the ideal base for a rural escape, also featuring flexible sleeping arrangements and a homely interior.
Travel down the gated driveway, arriving to ample private parking, before entering the property, firstly reaching the sitting room, adorning plush seating, a Smart TV, and a gas fire, where you can kick back and relax after a day of adventure.
Venture through to the kitchen/diner, also complete with a well-equipped utility, where you can fulfil your self-catering needs; if you'd prefer to enjoy breat-taking vistas whilst dining and socialising, head outdoors to the enclosed rear garden.
Catch some rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room, a further double, and a twin (zip/link), all serviced by a bathroom.

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, and a fridge, a utility with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a further double, and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a private, gated driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 3 miles. The Marshes is a wonderful base to explore Powys from. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: Guests will have access to the garage for bike storage.
