15 km from La Rochelle, in the town of Châtelaillon-Plage, Les Principautés du Casino, La Baule residence. On the top floor of a building with an elevator, a comfortable one-bedroom apartment (air conditioning) for 4 people. The apartment includes an entrance hall, a bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooktop, range hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a living room with a lounge area (sofa bed, television, etc.) and a dining area with a table for 4. Enjoy the sea view and outdoor meals on the large terrace with garden furniture. During low tide, you will have access to the residence's communal swimming pool, open from July 1st to August 31st, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl.

VAT). The proportional tourist tax is extra. Cleaning is optional: €60. Linen is optional: €60. Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday. For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Check-in is generally between 4 pm and 8 pm, and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80 Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70 Professional listing. on n'a pas trouvé la piscine aucune indication que ce soit sur la documentation ou affiche. Existe t'elle? appartement idéalement placé proche plage restaurant café casino et une petite superette juste a côté. Très bien insonorisé, un plus car situé près des animations
