LA TRANCHE SUR MER, la Grière, approximately 1,300 m from the shops in the center of la Grière, spacious house (single storey) on a sandy (enclosed) plot, left in its natural state of 1,500 m². - 1 entrance with storage, - 3 bedrooms (on the entrance side) including 1 with 1 double bed and 2 others with 2 single beds, - 1 bathroom (sink, bathtub) and 1 separate toilet, - 1 large living room (50 m²) opening through large French windows onto the terrace, sea view side, with 1 sofa, 2 armchairs and 1 TV, fireplace for decoration only. built-in vacuum cleaner. - 1 equipped kitchen (4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with mini-freezer) wifi - 1 bedroom 1 bed 160 cm. (on the living room side) with shower room and toilet.
Outside: large terrace (tiled) with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue (hard).
Garage serving as a storeroom with sink, washing machine, shower and storage.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern und Haustier. Die mit Poplidays und der Agentur vor Ort war ebenfalls gut und das Haus war sauber und in gepflegtem Zustand.
