Use of the Barbecue
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to risk of fire.



People in the property:


- The house is rented out entirely for the exclusive use of guests.

- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

- The property can only accommodate the number of people on the booking and no more people can be staying/visiting at the same time at the property.



Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.

- It is compulsory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.



. Key collection takes place at the house between 16h00 and 19h00.





- Late arrival and departure option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safety deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The house must be properly picked up, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a 100€ security deposit fee will be charged.




Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100€ per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed in the property.


- Pets are allowed.



- No smoking in this accommodation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
