Close to the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, just 300 metres away, we find these 3 charming two-bedroom flats in classic Mediterranean style with living-dining room for up to 4 people. 3 semi-detached houses that share a swimming pool and a very well kept garden.

The interior of the house is accessed from a terrace, with table and chairs furniture and a built-in BBQ overlooking the pool and garden where you can prepare tasty barbecues and enjoy long summer days with the family.

Each flat has a living-dining room with integrated kitchen. The living room has TV and free wifi for guests. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to spend a few days away from home, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor next to the kitchen there is a small toilet, outside there is a small private terrace with outdoor shower and drying area.

Access to the upper floor by a staircase that leads to a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower (hairdryer) and access to a private terrace with wonderful sea views.

The flats have air conditioning in the bedrooms.



The rules of the house do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax", to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
