This holiday home with swimming pool is located in the quiet village of Kapelica, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The property is away from the main roads and noise, yet in a very attractive geographical location. The detached house can ideally accommodate 4 people and a maximum of 6 people, as two more people can sleep on the sofa.
The house has two bathrooms and is therefore ideal for two couples of friends who would like to spend a nice holiday together with or without children.
It has air conditioning, but it is sufficient to cool the entire house. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and presents itself with a new kitchen, bathroom and beds.
The entire house and of course the 25m2 pool are also at the sole disposal of the guest. Parking spaces are also available.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach various beaches on various coasts. Should you need further assistance during your stay, the landlady in the neighbouring house will be happy to help.
