This 64m² house with garden is located 50 metres from Banastère beach on the Rhuys peninsula.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
On the ground floor, the house comprises a spacious living room with lounge, dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet and spacious cupboards.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms (one with flexible sleeping arrangements, a double bed or two single beds, depending on your needs), a functional shower room and a landing with office space.
The accommodation comprises - A 39 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival. - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Activities : Le Penty's location guarantees peace and quiet and a return to nature, just a short walk from the beach.
You can even join the customs trail (GR34) from the house.

Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- keine WLAN-Verbindung mehr in Woche 2
- fehlendes Waschbecken in Erdgeschoss-Toilette
- fehlende Auswaschmöglichkeit in Anbau oder Garten
- Gartenbewuchs leicht pflegebedürftig, hinterer Gartenausgang etwas schwierig zu nutzen

PENTY "Jolie maison proche de la mer.
🙂 L'emplacement est exceptionnel et calme. Petit jardin agréable sur l'arrière de la maison.
🙁 3 Parasols en mauvais état, que nous avons dû réparer. Jardin tondu en cours de séjour."

PENTY "Semaine très reposante en bord de mer
🙂 Jolie maison très bien équipée avec tout cle confort necessaire pour une semaine très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux.
La mer à 2 min à pieds, les plages accessibles facilement à vélo.
🙁 Aucun commerce accessible à pieds, obligation de prendre la voiture ( Banastere est éloigné du centre de Sarzeau)"
