Cocoonr agency offers you the opportunity to rent a 56 m² flat in La Canopé, in the heart of the historic centre of Vannes. Situated on the first floor of a backyard flat, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this location, while being just a stone's throw from the bustle of the town centre. The flat comprises two double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped separate kitchen and a shower room. La Canopée is ideal for exploring Vannes with family or friends. All the shops are within walking distance, including the Place des Lices, which hosts the twice-weekly market and exceptional food shops. All you have to do is pack your bags and set off to discover the heritage of Morbihan!
The accommodation consists of :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, we advise to park in the parking lot Saint-Joseph (free), only 400 meters away.
You can also park in parking lots like Parking de La République for a fee of 1,20€/1h or other charging parking lots like Richemont or Parking des Remparts.
With respect to other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest railway station : 5 minutes by car
- Possibility to rent a car (Rent a car)
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique 1h15
- Large bus station at 300m, very well connected
- Taxis

- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a launderette approximately 500m from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: This launderette closes at 9.00 pm but is open 24 hours a day to our guests.
On site, you will be welcomed by the team of Cocoonr, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

Très bon emplacement, le logement se trouve au cœur des rues piétonnes.
L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé.

Court séjour agréable dans cet appartement sympathique bien qu’assez sombre. Son emplacement au cœur du centre-ville de Vannes est très appréciable pour qui n’a pas de voiture !
