Inside, an entrance hall leads directly into the open kitchen-living area, which includes a dining and seating corner, creating a welcoming space for family life and social gatherings. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant view of the garden. From the living room, guests can access the integrated conservatory, which includes a sleeping area for two. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort on cooler days, and the home is designed for cozy, practical living. A staircase from the hallway leads to the attic, where a landing provides access to a spacious bedroom and the newly constructed roof terrace from 2022. The terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the surroundings, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. Outside, the cottage features a small, well-maintained garden with a terrace and grill, ideal for outdoor meals, relaxing, or playing. The property offers both privacy and access to nature, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful retreat near Klintholm. De ruime eetkamer ruime slaapkamer, mischien mogelijk om hier twee van te maken??? Mooie uitval basis voor het eiland mon.
Aangebroken pak melk bij aankomst bij de voordeur. Verder alleen opbouwende kritiek, een duidelijke parkeerplaats, uitleg van de verwarming, beter en schonere toegang tot de water en stroom meter.

Die renovierte Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, einschließlich eines Geschirrspülers und einer Kaffeemaschine, Wir haben es geliebt, auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten zu frühstücken, Sehr zu empfehlen für einen ruhigen Rückzugsort!
