Spacious flat within a small complex with shared swimming pool in Toscolano Maderno.


The flat opens onto the large living room, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and open kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. From the living area there is access to the large terrace overlooking the pool and the lake. The flat continues with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and Smart TV, the other with a bunk bed, a pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms overlook a private balcony with mountain views and a glimpse of the lake. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Guests will enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron and mosquito nets throughout the house.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two cosy gulfs ideal for sailing, fishing and all water-related sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno boasts a large and well-serviced lido that organises festivals and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Horse Riding Course, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and its famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valle delle Cartiere (Valley of the Paper Mills), an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.
