Quiet, idyllic, individually furnished holiday flat right on the edge of the forest with sauna, garden shower and construction trailer in the large garden

The holiday flat is located on the first floor and in the attic of the house, the two floors are connected by a wooden ladder. Each floor is furnished with a large double bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom. An open-plan kitchen is on the first floor, where a large sofa in the spacious living/dining area invites you to relax.
In the large garden with a view of the valley there is a barrel sauna with garden shower and a construction trailer. The sauna can be used for a fee. Barbecue facilities are also available. Especially on warm summer days, it is recommended to have breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoy the view over the valley.
The house is located directly on the edge of the forest with access to the Rothaarsteig, but there are also other beautiful circular hiking trails for hiking, but also for jogging or mountain biking, e.g. the 5 km circular hiking trail.For example, the 5-km circular route around the nearby dam with refreshment facilities with delicious cuisine and a large beer garden.
The historic town centre with a wide range of shops (supermarkets, chemist, bakery, butcher) and restaurants with a lovely beer garden is just 1.5 km away. Here, too, you can reach it on foot via beautiful footpaths past chickens and ponies. Especially at the end of an active day, you can enjoy one (or more) cool drink(s) on the terrace of a restaurant located on the market square, but these venues in old half-timbered houses also have their typical Siegerland charm on cold winter days.
Finally, the holiday flat is also ideal for a presence break from everyday working life, possibly via home office with fast internet and the above-mentioned recreational opportunities.
A charging station for electric cars is also available for a fee.
