The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming family chalet with ski resort accessible on foot, sight on the mountain, of a surface of 106 m ² and being able to accommodate until 7 travelers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, armchairs and dining area - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, cooking plates.... - A separate toilet On the first floor : - Room 1 : parental room with a double bed (140x190), a single bed and an umbrella bed - Room 2 : two single beds - Room 3 : two single beds - A bathroom with bathtub Outside : - A terrace of 30 m² facing south with a view of the mountain and the Pla d'Adet.
Acacia garden furniture with armchair and coffee table is available to enjoy the beautiful days. - Two balconies, on the first floor giving onto two of the bedrooms. For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Saint-Lary-Soulan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a dead end street.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Neighborhood and surroundings : - Tennis court down the street, 3 minutes away - Kindergarten also. - Pastoral path that passes behind the chalet and goes up to the village where you can visit a mill. - Picnic area. - Cable car at 10 minutes walking distance. Activities: Located in the heart of the Pyrenean mountains, the friendly village of Saint-Lary-Soulan is both a spa and a winter and summer sports resort. - Tourist sites: the Néouvielle nature reserve, the Troumouse cirque, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, Bagnères-de-Luchon... - Sporting activities: downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, in the summer. - Cultural visits : the Médous cave, the church of Luz-Saint-Sauveur. - Gastronomic heritage: spit cake, garbure, Pyrenean tomme, millasson... Transportation : - Bus from the station of Lannemzan - Nearest train station: Lannemezan train station located at about 45min by car. - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport located at about 1H50 by car. Tuvimos una muy buena estancia. Lo mejor del alojamiento son, sin duda, las vistas y su ubicación, perfecta como punto de partida para realizar excursiones y conocer la zona.
La casa está distribuida de una manera un tanto peculiar: en la planta superior hay un lavabo con bañera y un lavabo, mientr...
Como aspectos mejorables, destacaría la escasa iluminación en algunas zonas y la falta de un sofá. Algunas de las sillas tampoco resultan especialmente cómodas para estar sentado durante mucho tiempo.
Durante una de las noches, unos ratones rompieron la bolsa de basura, por lo que optamos por sacar...

Sejour au top et hote reactif par sms.Chalet spacieux et bien chauffé. Le plus: superbe terasse et vue fabuleuse. Bien situé 10 mi du centre à pied et au calme. Nous étions 2 couples + 2 enfants.
Un canapé un peu plus confortable serait très appréciable
